Terms of Service

The rules for using BlaBla to generate, review, edit, and publish websites.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

1. Using BlaBla

BlaBla is an AI website builder that helps users create draft websites from prompts, templates, images, logos, and business information. By using BlaBla, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login method secure.
  • Google sign-in accounts must continue using Google unless a password flow is separately added.
  • You must provide accurate account and billing information.
  • We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

3. AI-generated output

BlaBla generates websites using automated systems. AI output can contain mistakes, missing details, broken assumptions, or content that needs review. You are responsible for checking the draft before publishing or using it with customers.

  • Do not rely on generated content as legal, medical, financial, or regulated professional advice.
  • Review generated business claims, prices, contact details, images, policies, and forms before publishing.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that published website content is accurate and lawful.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the business information, prompts, logos, images, and other content you submit. You grant BlaBla permission to process that content so we can generate, host, preview, support, and improve your projects.

You must have the rights to any images, logos, text, product information, or brand materials you upload or request BlaBla to use.

5. Plans, credits, and publishing

  • Free accounts may be limited to private draft previews and one active project.
  • Pro plans can unlock publishing, hosting, domains, ecommerce, admin dashboards, and larger website features.
  • Credits may be required for generation, updates, images, logos, or larger projects.
  • Published sites, custom domains, and hosting can depend on an active paid plan.

6. Prohibited activity

You may not use BlaBla to create phishing pages, malware, scams, spam, impersonation pages, illegal services, hateful content, or content that violates someone else's rights. Additional rules are listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Service availability

We work to keep BlaBla reliable, but generation, hosting, billing, third-party APIs, and preview deployments may occasionally be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed to protect the platform or improve the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BlaBla is provided as-is and as-available. BlaBla is not responsible for lost profits, business interruption, indirect damages, or issues caused by user content, third-party providers, or published content that was not reviewed by the user.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page or to the support email listed there.
