Billing and Refund Policy

• Each account can generate one free website, of any business type, and preview it privately inside BlaBla.
• Free websites cannot be published, connected to a custom domain, or given a public live URL.
• Free accounts are limited to one active project and cannot use AI updates.

Credits are used to run generation, updates, and AI asset workflows. Different project types can require different credit amounts depending on complexity.

• Credits are consumed when a generation or update job is accepted.
• Simple changes applied instantly, such as a phone number, email, opening hours, or colors, use a flat 50 credits per update.
• If a job fails before producing a usable preview or result, BlaBla will automatically refund the charged credits.
• Credits may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law.
• Credit prices, bundles, and generation costs may change over time.

• Pro is a one-time payment. It does not renew and is not a subscription.
• Pro includes 1400 credits and unlocks publishing, hosting, ecommerce, admin dashboards, custom domains, public live URLs, and advanced generated features.

• Each published website has its own monthly hosting fee, charged on the same date each month as when it was published.
• The first website you publish gets its first month of hosting free.
• Each paid monthly hosting payment adds 200 credits to your account.
• Unpublishing a website stops its monthly hosting charges.

If a website's monthly hosting payment is not made, the following applies, counted from its due date. Your website's files and data are never deleted because of a missed payment.

• Days 0-7 (grace period): everything keeps working normally.
• After 7 days: the website stays visible to visitors, but online checkout and orders are paused, and the website becomes read-only in your dashboard (no editing, AI updates, publishing, or domain changes).
• After 30 days: the website goes offline and visitors see a temporarily unavailable page.
• After 90 days: the website is archived. It stays offline, but its files and data are kept.
• Paying the overdue amount at any stage restores the website and its features right away.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. BlaBla does not store full card details or payment credentials. Checkout pages, payment confirmations, and provider references are processed by the payment provider.

• Failed generation jobs may be eligible for automatic credit refunds if no usable output was created.
• Refunds for Pro activation, hosting, or credit purchases are reviewed case by case unless local law requires otherwise.
• Refunds may be denied for completed generations, published websites, used credits, domain-related costs, hosting already delivered, abuse, or policy violations.
• If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact support with your account email, transaction date, and project details.

To stop a website's monthly hosting charges, unpublish it, or contact support. Stopping future charges does not automatically refund past charges. An unpublished website is no longer publicly available.

Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or provider fees unless stated otherwise. BlaBla may update pricing, credit costs, limits, and plan features. We will try to make material pricing changes clear before they affect existing paid users.
