Billing and Refund Policy

• Free users may receive limited credits for a private landing-page draft preview.
• Free previews may be limited to one page, static content, and no ecommerce, database, admin dashboard, publishing, custom domain, or public customer-facing live URL.
• Free accounts may be limited to one active project.

Credits are used to run generation, updates, and AI asset workflows. Different project types can require different credit amounts depending on complexity.

• Credits are consumed when a generation or update job is accepted.
• If a job fails before producing a usable preview or result, BlaBla will automatically refund the charged credits.
• Credits may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law.
• Credit prices, bundles, and generation costs may change over time.

• Pro unlocks publishing and larger website capabilities.
• Pro include and enable hosting, ecommerce, admin dashboards, custom domains, public live URLs, and advanced generated features.
• Published websites may require an active Pro subscription.
• If payment fails or a subscription expires, projects will become read-only and published hosting may be paused, expired, or unpublished after any grace period.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. BlaBla does not store full card details or payment credentials. Checkout pages, payment confirmations, and provider references are processed by the payment provider.

• Failed generation jobs may be eligible for automatic credit refunds if no usable output was created.
• Refunds for Pro subscriptions or credit purchases are reviewed case by case unless local law requires otherwise.
• Refunds may be denied for completed generations, published websites, used credits, domain-related costs, hosting already delivered, abuse, or policy violations.
• If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact support with your account email, transaction date, and project details.

You may cancel paid services according to the options provided in the billing area or by contacting support. Canceling may stop future charges, but it may not refund past charges automatically. Published websites and Pro-only features may stop working after cancellation or expiration.

Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or provider fees unless stated otherwise. BlaBla may update pricing, credit costs, limits, and plan features. We will try to make material pricing changes clear before they affect existing paid users.
