Last updated: July 13, 2026

1. Information we collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, authentication provider, and user ID.
  • Project information such as prompts, generated code, preview URLs, uploaded logos, images, and project settings.
  • Billing information such as plan status, credit transactions, invoices, purchases, and payment-provider references.
  • Usage and security information such as IP-derived rate-limit signals, device signup cookie, logs, generation status, and error diagnostics.
  • Support and feedback content that you send through contact, reports, or feedback forms.

2. How we use information

  • Create and protect accounts.
  • Generate, validate, save, preview, publish, and update websites.
  • Process credits, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and billing events.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, and duplicate free-account abuse.
  • Provide support, troubleshoot generation failures, and improve product quality.
  • Analyze aggregated usage so we can improve pricing, performance, reliability, and user experience.

3. Service providers

BlaBla may use trusted providers for authentication, database, storage, hosting, deployment, AI generation, payments, analytics, email, or support. These providers process information only as needed to operate BlaBla.

Current provider categories may include Supabase, Vercel, AI model providers, payment providers, and support or monitoring tools.

4. Cookies and local storage

  • Authentication cookies keep users signed in securely.
  • A device signup cookie helps limit free account abuse.
  • Session storage may temporarily hold pending prompts, images, logos, or create-page drafts.
  • We may use operational cookies or storage needed for security, billing, and product functionality.

5. AI processing

Prompts, uploaded references, generated project context, and requested changes may be sent to AI providers so BlaBla can generate or repair website code. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless you are sure you have the right to do so.

6. Data retention

We keep account, billing, project, feedback, and security records for as long as needed to operate BlaBla, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support users. Some generated preview URLs may remain accessible to anyone who has the link unless they are removed or protected later.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account data.
  • You may contact us to close your account or remove projects where possible.
  • Some billing, security, and legal records may need to be retained after deletion requests.
  • If privacy laws apply to your location, you may have additional rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HttpOnly authentication cookies, origin checks, authorization checks, rate limiting, and database access controls. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

9. No sale of personal information

BlaBla does not intend to sell personal information. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices.

10. Contact

Privacy questions or requests can be sent through the Contact page or to the support email listed there.
