1. Purpose

BlaBla helps people create websites quickly. To protect users, visitors, and the platform, you may not use BlaBla to generate, host, publish, or distribute harmful, deceptive, illegal, or abusive content.

2. Prohibited content and activity

  • Phishing, credential theft, fake login pages, or impersonation of another brand or person.
  • Malware, malicious scripts, spyware, unauthorized tracking, or attempts to compromise systems.
  • Scams, deceptive offers, fake investment schemes, spam pages, or misleading business claims.
  • Illegal products, illegal services, or instructions for unlawful activity.
  • Hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, exploitation, or content encouraging violence.
  • Sexual content involving minors or any exploitative content.
  • Copyright, trademark, or privacy violations, including using logos or images without rights.
  • Regulated claims or services that require licenses or compliance without proper review.
  • Attempts to bypass usage limits, security checks, billing, authorization, or platform restrictions.

3. Sensitive and regulated uses

BlaBla is not designed to generate professional advice or regulated compliance systems. Websites involving healthcare, financial advice, legal services, insurance, real estate, employment, education admissions, or other regulated areas must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use.

4. User responsibilities

  • Review generated websites before publishing.
  • Use only content, images, logos, products, and claims you have the right to use.
  • Keep customer-facing information accurate, including pricing, contact details, terms, and policies.
  • Remove generated content that is inaccurate, unsafe, or unauthorized.

5. Enforcement

We may block generation, remove projects, suspend publishing, limit accounts, refund or deny credits, or close accounts that violate this policy. Serious abuse may be reported to hosting providers, payment providers, or lawful authorities when appropriate.

6. Reporting abuse

If you find a generated website or BlaBla account being used for abuse, contact us with the relevant URL, project information, screenshots, and a short explanation.
